Tips on how to live a productive lifestyle in quarantine by Ananya Shahani

Do you have those days where you want your entire day to be productive? Wake up early and start being productive? but you end up waking late, watching tv till late at night and repeat? Well, here are a few tips that might help keep yourself productive during the quarantine. Follow this blog to get updated with a tip every day :)

1) Sleep Schedule and a Productive routine

The first step to live a productive lifestyle is to fix your sleep schedule. If you're like me, you would sleep late, wake up for online school and sleep right after school ends because you didn't get enough sleep from last night.
If I'm guessing, many of you, like me, wake up 20 minutes and less before your online school starts and actually do your regular routine ( brushing your teeth, taking a bath, eating breakfast, and so on ) during the breaks we get in between lessons.
So, to start off and live a productive lifestyle in quarantine, you have to stick to a sleep schedule, or more like a routine. My advice to help kick start that off is to set alarms on your phone. Set alarms for what time you want to wake up, what time you want to eat breakfast at, lunch at, time to study, time to sleep, and so on. By setting these alarms, it helps shape you up to stick to a routine and after some time, you may not need your alarms.

Set your alarms with small messages. It does help you remember what alarms you have set and if you want to add some fun to your alarms, set them in different songs ringtones and add emojis.

So this is my tip of the day :)  Just remember, try to follow each tip and if you want to live a productive lifestyle in quarantine, you are going to have to sacrifice some things and change the way you live. It'll be worth it in the end :)
I'll update you guys again soon with my next tip :)
